LEGATEM
Our second service · the Support

When the day comes, someone takes care of everything

After a death, the family inherits dozens of formalities, just when it has the least strength for them. With the Support, someone from LEGATEM takes them on in the family's place.

How it works

Your LEGATEM referent acts as an administrative agent. Neither notary nor lawyer, they work alongside them. The family gives them a mandate; they carry out the formalities and keep the family informed. No forms to fill in, no offices to chase.

With a Vault, everything starts sooner

If your loved one had a Vault, the referent finds in it, with the pieces gathered by the family, the list of accounts, contracts and people to notify. The Support remains open to every family, with or without a Vault.

This service is opening gradually in French-speaking Switzerland. Let's talk about your situation, with no commitment.

Understanding the formalities

A path set by strict deadlines

In Switzerland, the first formalities are counted in days. The next ones stretch over months, and almost all of them fall to the family.

Why do it now

Today, what matters is scattered

For you — searching everywhere

Accounts, contracts, insurance, digital access: each has its own portal, binder or drawer. Finding information takes time, and no one has the full map.

For your loved ones — piecing it all together

When the day comes, they must find every account and every contract, often without knowing where to start, and handle dozens of formalities when they have the least strength for it.
